The Minnesota Safety Council has 50 ready-to-use Power Point Presentations for $149. The Council’s all new “Safety Presentation Customizer” software brings the computer generated slide presentations together in one handy package. The presentations can be used as they exist or, with a little work, can be customized with union or contractor information, graphics and photos. Each topic includes instructor’s notes and other printable reports. The CD-ROM is PC compatible, single user version and includes 12 months of unlimited tech support. · The costs for the top three causes of injury all grew by double digits based on the latest information from Liberty Mutual Insurance. Overexertion – up 12%; Falls – up 17%; Bodily reaction – up 13% - these three injuries account for 51% of all direct costs in insurance claims.
