The Construction Partnership membership includes contractors and union business representatives from the construction industry operating in the twelve counties of southeastern Minnesota, including Rice, Goodhue, Wabasha, Winona, Houston, Fillmore, Mower, Freeborn, Steele, Waseca, Olmsted and Dodge counties.

The goal of this labor-management committee is to better address the needs of the construction customer by further developing the relationships between the contractors and the employees.

The Partnership regularly meets on a monthly basis and works to expand the customer base of members.
