New Executive Director

James Kelly has been named as Construction Partnership’s Executive Director.

Construction Partnership is pleased to announce James Kelly as the new Executive Director of Construction Partnership Incorporated (CPI). James was with the Rochester Public Schools for nearly 13 years as their Construction Manager/ Owner Representative. Prior to that he was at Holabird & Root Architects and also served in the United States Navy. He is a proven leader in the construction industry and has completed over 400 million dollars in construction projects in southeastern Minnesota. James grew up in Rochester and resides here with his wife, Annette, and their three children. As the Executive Director of CPI, James will be working with union contractors and their respective unions of Southern Minnesota to communicate the benefits of union construction with the general public and business owners in the community. James’ primary responsibility is to inform and educate the buyers of construction services in the value of high quality construction. James is excited to start Construction Partnership's 21st year in business.

James stepped into the new role June 17th, 2013.
