Best Value Conference

CPI hosts Best Value Conference Thursday, October 14th at RCTC. Dr. Dean Kashiwagi of Arizona State University presented model for Best Value Performance Information Procurement system (PIPS).

Two sessions were conducted; Project Owners in the morning and Contractors and other interested professionals attended the afternoon session.

Many questions were asked and a great deal of valuable information was learned from the 60 plus attendees.

Many public agencies are using the Arizona state University program. The following web site explains in more detail how this bidding process works.
